Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to follow these terms and it is within your responsibility to follow them. Failure to follow my TOS will result in the termination of the finished commission's use by the commissioner without refund and the blacklist of the commissioner from the use of any/all of my artwork.

- I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with before deciding to begin the commission.- Do NOT claim anything I have created or designed as your own.- ALL PRICES are in USD. I will not discuss adjusting the prices for different currencies as of this time.- I will only allow for up to two minor AND two major revisions to each commissioned work. Minor revisions count as changes such as, but are not limited to: changing the placement of features, changing multiple colors, or changing expressions. Major revisions count as changes such as, but are not limited to: changing a pose entirely [not accepted after I finish the lineart], changing the entire angle of the piece [not accepted after I finish the lineart], or changing multiple colors after I've began rendering.- Commission modifications are not permitted unless I have given written permission to the person modifying my work.- I reserve the right to share and/or livestream my process and creation of the commission unless a non disclosure agreement has been written and agreed upon.- A full refund will be issued if I was unable to start working on the commission and/or I was unable to finish the sketch. *[If I was able to start the commission, but unable to continue, a refund will be issued based on the workload that I have already completed.] The commissioner will be notified before the action of a refund.- Do NOT use my artwork for AI learning, training or any other artificial intelligence related purposes.- All of my commission work is for the commissioner's personal use, unless the commissioner has requested and paid an additional percentage for commercial use. Commercial use MUST be discussed before initial payment of the commission and have been written and agreed upon.

I have the most experience with stylized humanoid character art, however I have moderate experience with drawing less humanoid figures or animals.

Singular Figure

[ Lined art may have very simple base coloring for no additional fee. ]

Additional Figures

All percentages are based on the BASE price of the singular figure pricing. Please discuss pricing with me if your desired amount of figures is not listed or you have other inquiries.

Backgrounds for Figure Art

Semi-detailed and complex backgrounds will cost more depending on detail and/or objects, buildings or furniture.

Character Designs

The complexity pricing will depend on the reference complexity the commissioner provides. Written and visual references are both accepted as long as I verify my ability to use them before starting the commission.

[ *This service provides at least one flat colored fullbody, lined headshot and written character details. ] I am happy to provide back and side facing flat colored fullbodies as well after a written and agreed upon additional price.
